Hello, Thank you for reaching out.  We do not have a firm date as of yet, but we are doing everything we can to file as soon as possible. We are in fact equally disappointed that the filing of YE statements are still not out. We are working non-stop with the auditor to get them finalized. As mentioned, only one main component is holding things back - the TCSS acquisition. We certainly know and appreciate that this creates a negative impact on our current shareholders/value.  Given this is not an operational aspect, regarding customers, we continue to win contracts and our current customer base stands by the company given the high level of service we offer.
