14 Euro????? Leichte Überbewertung würd ich Mal meinen ^^

Yesterday: Friday the 13th... And a big sell order @3,75€ of 74.304 shares at 16.23.53h. Panic selling? Let's hope so because that can indicate a possible upswing. Still wondering why the management is not yet buying when they think the fair value is around 4€ per share. Don't they believe in their own company and it's future? On the website simplywall.st (register for free to see the study) they calculated a fair value of... 14€ a share based on future cashflows, despite the recent lackluster return (1 year: HRPK: 5%, industry: 17%, market: 27%. Since January 1st: HRPK:-18,4%...)

I am also often tempted by FOMO... But by trading 7c on Xetra I learned that I don't have to worry to be too late. At the end of the trading day during the "Closing Auction" on the most important market, Xetra, they always seem to "massage" the share price down a few cents while at Tradegate, Lang & Schwartz, Gettex a.s.o. the share price is a few cents higher at that moment.

Dividende was gerade erst, Abwärtstrend derzeit noch in Takt, Bei unter 3,50€ würde ich gerne rein, weiß nicht ob's noch dahin zurückkommt.. bin mit ner gleichen Position seit gestern wieder drin.. hatte FOMO :D

Was meint ihr?

Das mit den Aussagen eines CEO zum Aktienkurs sehe ich auch kritisch. Aber eine entscheidene Frage als Aktionär ist doch: Kann man hier noch Kursgewinne machen. Hat die Aktie langfristig Potenzial? Das dachte ich eigentlich. Dividende ist ja auch ganz gut.

@millenial: your comment on 05.08.21 21:43 Uhr. One could imagine - and sometimes it is whispered - that the share price is not their first concern. It's the growth in turnover to become a bigger company that counts. To be big enough and interesting enough to be the subject of a takeover. A moderate share price is than more attractive for another company in search of takeover-targets...

@Millennial: thank you! Two little extra's: 1. why are the analists that follow 7c so "optimistic" with share price targets of 5€ and more? I'm always a little suspicious when a CEO of a quoted company gives his opinion about the share price of his company to the public. Could it be that there is some kind of capital operation coming by which a lower share price would be favourable?

Just type in "inside Trades 7c solarparken" into Google search, there are a couple websites. I read an article or an interview where the CEO or someone in a leading position told that the stock would be too high above 4€

Every one here has had a look at the INVESCO ETF Solar (Ticker Symbol TAN)? Up more than 20% since the beginning of May 2021. And 7C? Still lagging... Ad yeah, today at the end 17.29: 3,785€, 17.36h: -0,8% to 3,755...

@millennial where do you follow those insider transactions? The only place I know where to find them is on het 7c Solarparken-website http://solarparken.com/directorsdealing.php

Yesterday, suddenly a sell order of 84.000 shares @3,77€, today also strong selling volume. Seems there is some kinf of selling panic going on... Ideal moment to buy says the stock market tradition. I could the case that the sellers will regret their sellling today and yesterday deeply.
