California Governor Newsom Signs AB30 Approving 15% Ethanol Blend that Increases Ethanol Market by more than 600 million Gallons Per Year CUPERTINO, Calif. – October 3, 2025 – Aemetis, Inc. (NASDAQ: AMTX), a renewable natural gas and biofuels company, announced today that California Governor Gavin Newsom signed Assembly Bill 30 (AB30), which immediately allows 15% ethanol blending in gasoline and expands the potential California market for ethanol by 50% by increasing from an E10 to E15 blend. According to a UC Berkeley/Naval Academy study, a 15% ethanol blend could decrease gasoline prices at the pump by $2.7 billion per year and save consumers about 20 cents per gallon. “E15 approval in California is a smart move to help families save money at the pump and advance the state’s renewable energy and environmental goals,” stated Eric McAfee, Chairman and CEO of Aemetis and a Board member of the Renewable Fuels Association (RFA). “E15 increases the amount of lower cost, high octane renewable fuel while reducing emissions from conventional gasoline.” “Thanks to Gov. Die müssen endlich mal die 45z credits aus dem BBB zu Geld machen. Nach meinem Verständnis hakt es da weil das Berechnungsmodell noch nicht fix ist. Das liegt an der Politik und da habe ich das Gefühl dass da keiner Druck hat. Alles Verwalter genauso wie hier in der EU.

War natürlich provozierend geschrieben. Ich hoffe nicht das es so kommen wird. Aber kann man auch nie ausschließen. Unter dem EK verkaufe ich nicht. Und wie Woaiz schreibt, liegen die nerven leicht blank. Die investierte Summe ist kein "Spielgeld".

Ich glaube tatsächlich auch nicht dran, dass es sinkt. Trotzdem hat mich der Kursverlauf in den letzten Jahren gelehrt, dass hier strong long zu arg die Nerven strapaziert, und seit dem ich Gewinne auch mal mitnehme geht es mir besser 😉
