CPCFA Adopts Initial Resolution Supporting up to $1.1 Billion of Tax-Exempt Financing for Aemetis Projects CUPERTINO, Calif. – April 21, 2026 -- Aemetis, Inc. (NASDAQ: AMTX), a diversified renewable natural gas and biofuels company, announced today that the Capital Programs & Climate Financing Authority (“CPCFA”) in California has adopted an Initial Resolution related to potential future issuance of up to $1.1 billion of tax-exempt bonds for Aemetis projects. Adoption of the Initial Resolution meets federal tax requirements so that funds from any tax-exempt bonds issued by CPCFA can be used for qualified costs of Aemetis projects incurred after the date of the resolution and for certain prior development costs. “This Initial Resolution adopted by CPCFA further confirms the value of our projects, which reduce emissions, lower fuel costs, and create jobs and economic growth in California,” said Eric McAfee, Chairman and CEO of Aemetis. “The use of tax-exempt bonds at lower interest rates than other sources of financing has potential to enhance our financial position as we implement a variety of projects that are expected to strengthen our balance sheet and generate profitability.” The Aemetis projects covered by the Initial Resolution include construction of more than 40 additional dairy digesters and biogas pipeline connections to the Aemetis renewable natural gas (“RNG”) production facility in Keyes

Tut es aber mal wieder nicht!

Iran Konflikt scheint sich wieder zu verschärfen. Dann sollte es auch hier wieder steigen.

Der schuldenberg war letzte woche noch genauso hoch als die aktie frenetisch bei 3,80 $ gehandelt wurde. Es hat sich nichts geändert außer die stimmung nachdem die aktie wieder eingebrochen ist

Dazu noch der immer höhere Schuldenberg. Positive Ausblicke werden regelmäßig in die Zukunft verschoben und die Frage an Blasi finde ich auch interessant

Ich denke doppelmiss bei umsatz und eps hat vertrauen zerstört. Vielleicht liest blasi noch mit: weißt du warum der umsatz so stark verfehlt wurde?

Ich dachte der steigende Öl-Preis und somit die Dringlichkeit spielen uns in die Karten? 🤔 Sowohl für den Anstieg als auch für den Drop wurde doch auch der Öl-Preis herangezogen.... auch wenn der Öl-Preis nie so derbe gefallen ist.

Was ist das für ein verdammmmte 💩

Jetzt lässt man die Luft wieder schön raus, zum x-ten Mal

Wenn das in dem Tempo weiter geht, ist der Anstieg aber am Ende der Woche auch komplett ausradiert! Von über 3€ auf unter 2€ innerhalb nicht mal einer Woche.

So wie der anstieg übertrieben war ist der abverkauf genauso quatsch
