Ich empfinde es als gut. Weniger "Außenstände" in der Bilanz. Müsste aber nochmal die Bedingungen der Wandelanleihe googlen. Aber die werden schon nicht vorteilhaft für ALM sein. LB setzt auf höheren Kurs in 2027. Daher weg damit. EXIM gut, da es wie die amerikanische KFW zu sehen ist. Viel Geld, gute Bedingungen.

Gute Frage, meiner Einschätzung nach eher deutlich positiv! Was da dran ist und wie es zu interpretieren ist, ist mir jetzt auch noch nicht klar. Aber ich sagte ja, wer Infos hat - bitte posten. Ich bin zu faul jetzt tiefergehend zu recherchieren. (Ausserdem muss ich grad auch mal etwas arbeiten - leider)

ALM löst seine restlichen Wandelschuldverschreibungen für 2027 gleich jetzt ab. Anscheinend um gegebenenfalls leichter 100Mio. Kredit und/oder Förderung von EXIM für Gentung zu bekommen. Das muss man mal genauer verfolgen. Wenn jemand mehr weiß, bitte Infos posten.

Alles gut, war nur irritiert. Liegt wohl am Schlafmangel😅. Nee, spaß! Das ist in der Tat meine normal Aufstehzeit. Ich bin morgens schon um 6 im Büro, da ist alles noch so schön ruhig, man kommt gut durch den Stadtverkehr, man ist früh wieder daheim. Gleitzeit ist einfach super
