HUH? I don’t think Xi will love this joke… clearly Trump is being sarcastic here. This is completely out of left field. Context: Trump is mocking the Court’s decision (President Trump’s executive order attempting to end automatic birthright citizenship for many children born in the U.S. is unconstitutional) benefits China (or foreign nationals) more than the United States.
