With China and the U.S. finally reaching a consensus on cross-border audit investigation arrangements and the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) of the U.S. set to conduct inspection of audit papers in China, the delisting risk surrounding Chinese ADRs will likely soon be removed, reported Jefferies. The broker assumed that the Chinese government understands the audit requirements of the PCAOB well and is prepared to fully comply with them. Anticipating the remaining Chinese ADR companies to have no audit-related problems, Jefferies remained optimistic on the overall outlook.
Die neuen Nachrichten sind zwar positiv zu bewerten, bewegen den Kurs aber leider nicht wirklich in die gewollte Richtung.
Keine Ahnung was hier noch passieren soll. 🤷

der US Markt zieht momentan gefühlt alles runter...die News ist eine der besten wenn nicht sogar die beste der letzten Jahre .
Börse ist halt kurzfristig nicht immer rational.

Sind jetzt charttechnisch an einer interessanten Marke. Die 97 Dollar dienen als kleine Unterstützung und wurden erstmal bestätigt. Als Widerstand derzeit genau an der 200 Tage Linie. Wird die durchbrochen dürfte charttechnisch der Weg bis 120 Dollar frei sein

Baba in Hongkong aktuell bei umgerechnet rund 97 USD. Die Chinesen interessiert das Abkommen zur Einsicht in den Prüfberichten nicht wirklich.
Deswegen auch das angestrebte Primärlisting in Hongkong - die wollen weg vom US Markt. 🫣
