NEW YORK, Dec. 16, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — SL Green Realty Corp. (NYSE:SLG), Manhattan’s largest office landlord, today announced that its board of directors has declared the regular quarterly dividend on the company’s Series I Preferred Stock for the period October 15, 2025 through January 14, 2026 of $0.40625 per share, which is the equivalent of an annualized dividend of $1.625 per share. The dividend is payable in cash on January 15, 2026 to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 31, 2025. Ich hab 125 Stk. mit EK 33,55€. Entspricht ca. 2,5% vom Depotwert. Ich schau halt, dass ich kein Wert besonders übergewichte, das trifft auch auf SL Green Realty zu. Man weiß halt immer nicht, wo die Reise hin geht, deswegen versuche ich immer Risiko zu begrenzen. Aber wie schon weiter oben geschrieben, habe ich nicht mit so einem Anstieg in der Kürze gerechnet. 🤷🏼♂️
