(MT Newswires) -- BMW (BMW.F) aims to grow its market presence in India's electric vehicle market, Bloomberg News reported Feb. 2, citing Vikram Pawah, president of the company's India business. The German carmaker expects 25% of its total sales in the country to be electric vehicles by 2025, up from 10% in 2023. It also plans to introduce 16 cars in India in 2024 and expand its dealership network of 35 cities to four more cities in the next three years, Pawah added.
