In total $1.7 billion was issued, reflecting an upsized offering made possible by very strong demand for our securities. We are very pleased with the interest by investors in the company, both existing and new shareholders. Having the issue completed allows us to be very focused on executing on our plan. With this action and solid first quarter results, we are on track to meet our 2023 objectives,” said Hardwick.
