Ich finde die Strategie sehr gut gewählt. Wir haben die Möglichkeit Optionen zu erwerben die eine sehr kurze Laufzeit haben. Kosten 9.1c$ (Ablauf 29.10) Bei der Ausführung erhalten wir zusätzlich neue Optionen mit einem Ausführungspreis von 20c$ (Ablauf 31.7.23) Record Date ist der 24.9 (= die an diesem Tag gehaltene Aktienanzahl ist ausschlaggebend für die Anzahl der erhältlichen Optionen) 9.1c ist ein verschmerzbarer Discount Anson wird 2023 sicherlich deutlich höher stehen als 20c Daher tippe ich, dass der Kurs bis zum 24.9 stabil bleiben wird. Wenn dann kein kurstreibendes Announcement folgt könnte es auch wieder etwas runter gehen. Allerdings ist die Newspipeline voll...jetzt zu verkaufen wäre etwas riskant (wir warten schließlich schon das Ganze Jahr um in diese entscheidende Phase zu kommen)

Bonus Option Issue to Shareholders: In recognition of the support received from its shareholders, Anson intends to undertake a bonus issue of options (Bonus Options) to all shareholders with an address in Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Germany and China (Eligible Shareholders) on 24 September 2021. Placement: Anson Resources Limited (ASX: ASN, ASNOC) (Anson or the Company) is pleased to announce the Company has received firm commitments from sophisticated and institutional investors to raise $7,357,322 (before costs) through the issue of 80,849,693 fully paid ordinary shares (Shares) in the Company (Placement) at an issue price of $0.091 per Share (Placement Shares). The Placement was oversubscribed and well supported by new and existing investors. The Placement Shares will be issued under the Company’s placement capacity under Listing Rule 7.1 and the Company expects settlement to occur on Monday, 20 September 2021. Commenting on the Placement, Anson’s Executive Chairman and CEO Bruce Richardson said: “The high level of interest in this Placement reflects the confidence that the market sees in the Paradox Brine Project and the progress that has been made by Anson over the past year. Our steadily rising share price has resulted from the achievement of measurable milestones in the development of the Project. To recognise the support that we have been provided by our existing shareholders we offer a Bonus Option at the same price as the Placement which we expect will be well received. Wie schätzt ihr den Kursverlauf der nächsten Tage ein?

Erste Details sickern durch.... Raising $7.35m at 9.1c for WC, exploration, battery test work. So a pretty small raise. The smart part of the structure is that there is a 1 for 10 option to ALL shareholders at the record date of 24th Sep. That means if you sell your shares before then you don’t get the options or alternatively if you buy shares post the trading halt being lifted you will get the options - hopefully that helps the post market. Options have a 9.1c strike and super short expiry of 23/10/21. If you exercise your options you will receive another option with a strike of 20c. Expiry is around 2 years and the options will be listed. Very clever structure so well don’t to the bankers on this one. Lots of near term catalysts too. GLTAH

Nicht das ich wüsste. Es war zwar abzusehen dass eine Kapitalerhöhung in diesem Jahr erfolgen wird ...die Rahmenbedingungen können aber noch nicht öffentlich sein.

Di2 fällt mir gerade ein. Gab es Anfang/Mitte August nicht ne Meldung über das 4,4 Mio Stück zu 0,086$ oder so ähnlich.🤔

Kapitalerhöhung ist in der Regel keine schöne Angelegenheit. Wir müssen hoffen dass sich der Rabatt für die Investoren in Grenzen hält. Der Kurs passt sich mit ziemlicher Sicherheit an den Auagabekurs der neuen Aktien an. Deshalb lohnt sich bei einem CR oftmals ein Verkauf um dann wieder günstiger einzusteigen (so mach ich es zumindest in der Regel) 8c - 9c$ halte ich für realistisch

Die MK liegt aktuell bei 84mio AUD $ Ohne bindende Abnahmeverträge sollte such die MK ca. 20-30% des NPV annähern was ca 150-200mio AUD $ entspricht. Sollte der Tetra Deal zustande kommen und wir ein bindendes Abkommen aushandeln sollte die MK weiter ansteigen und ca 50% - 60% des NPV darstellen. Bis Weihnachten werden wir hoffentlich ohne viel Freude mit ASN haben!

Die Annahmen sind allg. Immer noch sehr konservativ uns sollten beim NPV von 650mio AUD$ den unteren Boden darstellen
