The $5.0 Billion Investment Can Support Over 2 GW of HPC Data Center Development Funds managed by Macquarie Asset Management (“MAM”) to invest up to $900 million in the Company’s Ellendale High Performance Computing (“HPC”) data center campus (the “Ellendale HPC Campus”).
