Ein breiter strategischer Ansatz, der Produktions- und Lieferketten ins Auge fasst und auf Positivbeispiele anderer Staaten wie Japan schaut, ist überfällig. Dazu muss man aber seine strategische Blindheit gegenüber Chinas Vorgehen ablegen.
