Jaja mein Guter. Aber so schnell laufen die Pferde ja dann doch nicht. Mein Einstiegskurs liegt bei 10,97€. Da waren die bekannten Vorwürfe schon publiziert. Das war im Mai 23. Die Antwort von Arbor war eine Dividendenerhöhung gespickt mit guten Zahlen. Dann kam noch ein ARP von 150 Mio dazu. Ernest & Young prüfen ja trotzdem weiter. Danach gab es noch mal eine Erhöhung. Negativ sehe ich die Verkäufe von Insidern. Der Kurs ist heute etwas zurück gekommen. Unter 12 Euro würde ich noch mal ne kleine Position nach kaufen. Du weiß doch, wenn die Kanonen Donnern ....

Ja. Ich war auch zu feige für ein Nachkauf. Wenn wir Glück haben war die Shortattake sinnlos. Dann hat der Popo Kirmes, hat Oma immer gesagt.

Arbor began pushing syndicators to take on so-called “value add” loans, floating-rate mortgages whose servicing costs exceeded existing rental income, which would be easy to refinance into agency loans once the renovations were complete.. Such risky loans dominated the market in 2021. Between 2020 and 2021, Arbor’s “structured” loan originations ballooned from about $2.4 billion to nearly $10 billion, according to SEC filings. Überlegt doch einmal, warum.SousSherpa ständig schlechte Nachrichten in diesem Forum verbreiten will, auch wenn diese nicht im geringsten etwas mit Arbor zu tun haben. Schlichte Panikmache um den Kurs zu drücken, so wie es schon so oft mit Arbor gemacht wurde. Er hofft ein paar Angsthasen zu finden. Arbor hat sich geäußert und schon gehts wieder aufwärts. Ich lach mich kaputt.
