Im letzten Quartal übertraf ACRE die geschätzten Gewinne um 10,81% und meldete ein EPS von $0,41 gegenüber einer Schätzung von $0,37. Die Einnahmen stiegen im Vergleich zum Vorjahreszeitraum um 8,91 Millionen Dollar. Ein Geheimtipp wer hohe Dividenden generieren möchte. Knapp 10 % und mit relativ geringer Schwankungsbreite im Kurs. Hier wird also weniger auf Kursgewinne, als mir auf Dividende abgezielt.
