Artemis Resources Ltd (ASX: ARV) hat mit Northern Star Resources (ASX: NST) einen verbindlichen Verkaufsvertrag über den Verkauf der Unternehmensanteile am Goldprojekt Mt Clement in Westaustralien über insgesamt 344.000 USD abgeschlossen. Der Verkauf, der weiterhin der Zustimmung des Ministers unterliegt, umfasst auch Artemis, der eine Netto-Schmelzgebühr von 1% (NSR) behält. Nach Abschluss der Transaktion endet der derzeitige Joint-Venture-Vertrag zwischen Artemis und Northern Star für das Projekt.

Artemis Resources Ltd (ASX:ARV) has executed a binding sale agreement with Northern Star Resources (ASX:NST) relating to the sale of the company’s interests in the Mt Clement Gold Project in Western Australia for a total of $344,000. The sale, which remains subject to Ministerial Consent, also includes Artemis retaining a 1% Net Smelter Royalty (NSR). On completion of the transaction, the current joint venture agreement between Artemis and Northern Star for the project will terminate.
