Die sich auf was beziehen? Offensichtlich ja nicht auf bis zu 450 Millionen.

Der lag angeblich bei 70 Millionen. Aber offenbar ist das nicht aus der Welt und viel größer als gedacht.

Das könnte sich aber mit diesem Urteil geändert haben, weil wesentliche Rücklagen erst bei 50% des Volumens der gesamten Rücklagen spezifiziert werden müssen. Wenn das jetzt aber auf einmal 55x soviel sind, dann könnte sich das signigikant ändern. Und selbst wenn die da mehr eingepreist hätten, wären es noch deutlich weniger, als das heute bekannt gewordene Urteil aussagt.
