Der SteerCo Gläubigerausschuss ist keine homogene Masse, sondern instituionelle Investoren mit sehr unterschiedliche Anlagestrategien. Diese nun mit "skin-in-the-game" durch die wesentlich höheren Ausgabepreise der neuen KE-Aktien in den Debt-to-Equity Swaps als neue Eigentümer an Bord zu haben, ist doch eine gute gemischte Aktionärsstruktur.

An Dividende brauchen wir jetzt erstmal noch nicht denken. Die neuen Ankerinvestoren, aus der für sie Dividenden-technisch vorteilhaften Anteilsverteilung aus dem Debt-to-Equity Swap natürlich schon. Value Investmenthorizont 3-5 Jahre.

Warum? Momentan ist das Unternehmen nur ca. 400 Millionen EUR Wert. Bei einem möglichen Boersenwert von 10 Milliarden EUR läge der Kurs immerhin bei 5 Cent/Aktie . Gar nicht mal so abwegig...

Atos ist eine französische Aktie. Die Leitbörse ist hier Euronext. Dort wird der Kurs gemacht. Volumengewichtet stehen wir dort bei 0,0024€. Oderbuch im Geld fast doppelt soch hoch wie im Brief. Syntethische Eisbergorders lauern um alles aufzusaugen. Nach oben kaum noch Wiederstand mit den letzten paar Millionen bald weg. Ist so nicht ganz richtig, bei Dividenden aktien ist es manchmal sinnvoller Anteile zurück zu kaufen anstelle von kriditrückzahlungen da die Zinsen günstiger als die dividende ist
