". BTW, their exercise price was $1.00 per share. Then, on 01/25, ATOS anno. that "Atossa Therapeutics President and CEO Dr. Steven C. Quay to Speak at Precision Medicine World Conference, Spotlighting Anthony S. Fauci, MD, Director NIAID January 25-27, 2021", then PPS went up from $1.87 to a high of $3.77 in Pre-MKT on 01/26. Then on 01/29, ATOS anno. that "Atossa Therapeutics Receives $21 Million from Recent Exercises of Outstanding Warrants". 4. Based on the last S3 and my other past exp with BIO Stocks, today's S3 tells me the following: a. The positive P2 Data of Endoxifen is imminent (should come out within a week), and the 10 Funds are just setting up to be able to cash in their Warrants too; b. Compared with the quality of the news on 01/25, the P2 Data should be a much bigger news for sure. So, it would not surprise me if the PPS breaks the 53 week high of $5.08 on that day ( espe. if the news gets released in Pre-MKT or Post MKT, i.e., shorts will be covering like crazy); 5. Like what happened back in Jan., there might be a second good news after the P2 Data too within in a week or so. On 02/02, ATOS released that "Atossa Therapeutics’ Phase 2 Endoxifen Breast Cancer Study Produces Substantially Positive Results Allowing Study to be Halted Early", then PPS reached a high of $4.90 in Pre-MKT on 02/04 (closed at $2.37 on 02/01). Based on all my DD since mid of 12/2020, I believe that there could be a second/follow-up good news right before 05/14/2021 (the annual SH Holder meeting). My guess is that it might be a potential BO or start of P2 of Endoxiofen for BMD.“
