Hallo, sorry wenn ich so Platz Frage. Aber ich habe Aurelius ein wenig aus dem Blick verloren....wie hoch wird denn für 2018 die Dividende sein und gibt es für 2018 eine Partizipations Dividende? Bzw. Wurde hier von Aurelius schon etwas gesagt/geschätzt? Die Dividende + Partizipations Dividende für 2017 wurde ja bereits Recht früh von Aurelius kommuniziert. Danke!

Rexnord (RXN) to Sell VAG Business to AURELIUS Equity Opportunities October 11, 2018 5:13 PM  Rexnord (NYSE: RXN) entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement with AURELIUS Equity Opportunities SE & Co. KGaA for the sale of the Company’s VAG business which is within its Water Management platform (the “VAG business”). Based on the terms of the Agreement, the Company anticipates receiving approximately $25 million of cash proceeds upon closing. The Agreement contains an additional purchase price provision of up to $20 million based on the attainment of Earn-out EBITDA, as defined in the Agreement, in the Company’s fiscal years ending March 31, 2019, 2020 and 2021. The sale price for the VAG business is subject to customary working capital and cash balance adjustments at closing. The transaction is anticipated to close in the third quarter of the Company’s fiscal 2019 and is subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions, including antitrust approval in Germany and Austria. The Company has been accounting for the VAG business as a discontinued operation as a result of its previously announced decision to divest of the VAG business. As a result of the Company’s entry into the Agreement, the Company will adjust the assets related to the VAG business to their fair value, less expected costs incurred in connection with the sale. Based on the estimated cash proceeds the Company will receive in connection with the Agreement, the Company currently expects it will record a non-cash impairment charge in discontinued operations of approximately $75 million to $85 million in the second quarter of the Company’s fiscal 2019. As noted above, the sale price for the VAG business is subject to customary working capital and cash balance adjustments, and therefore the impairment charge is subject to change.

Würde ganz gerne mit der 40xx in das we gehen

Der dow startet heute voraussichtlich mit einem massiven aufschlag. Das könnte dem dax und auch aurelius einen positiven impuls geben.

das ist der grund warum ich die ganzen niv.eaul.osen mü.ll-foren von steini, geely etc verlassen habe. das macht keinen spass, viel sinnloses zeug, wenig infos und kein respekt. ist echt herrlich ohne den ganzen schrott. regelrecht entspannend. schaue nur selten mal für ein paar minuten rein. aber überall wo sich sowas bildet gehe ich jetzt raus. wenn solche trolle wie die die zuvor erwähnt wurden auftauchen bin ich weg. zum glück gibt es noch viele ruhige und qualitativ hochwertige foren und gruppen welche die nicht finden können

Könnte sein, der Stil ist schon frappierend ähnlich....

das wird schon. man kann sicherlich noch eine zeit lang hier und da ein paar günstige anteile einsammeln und in ein paar monaten sieht das dann vermutlich schon grüner aus. es wird halt im moment nix großartiges an zukäufen erwartet. um so schöner wenn da doch mal überrascht wird. man sollte es nur nicht übertreiben da auch noch ordentlich druck auf die gesamtmärkte zu erwarten ist. nicht zu früh alles reinbuttern. hier ist auch wie zuletzt nach den shortattacken geduld gefragt

Denke auch, dass die wissen was sie tun. Bzgl. Aurelius bin ich ausgesprochen positiv eingestellt......

Aurelius hat in der Vergangenheit auch Geld dazu bekommen wenn sie Firmen übernommen haben. Die wissen schon was sie tun

Selbst daran haben sie Geld verdient, bei Blaupunkt war das meines Wissens auch so.

Aurelius hat bereits unternehmen in die insolvenz geschickt ? Und ? Groß geschadet hat es nicht. Wäre hirnrissig, sich an einem unternehmen festzuklammern, das nixht zum laufen gebracht wird. Das ist ein Vorgang der immer wieder passieren kann. So what.......
