Habe dem Unternehmen gerade mal eine E-Mail geschrieben, mal schauen was kommt: Good morning, I am one of your shareholders and have the following question: The share has been listed on the “noncompliant company list” since March 24, 2023. Reason: The $1 mark was fallen below. From this point on, the company has 180 days to correct the deficiencies. Assuming 180 days, that would be September 20, 2023. Assuming 180 stock market trading days (unfortunately I couldn't find a definition of 180 days) that would be November 30, 2023. As a shareholder, I have the following questions in this regard: - I assume you are aware that you are on the list? - Are 180 days trading days? In other words, would November 30th, 2023 be the deadline? - Is there a strategy how the company would like to prevent delisting? - Any thoughts about doing a resplit again? (like 2020 1:12 already). Even if these are questions that you are not allowed to answer specifically (especially questions 3 & 4), I would be happy to receive feedback. greeting

Solche Fragen kann dir kein Mensch beantworten. Tendenziell ist Freitags eher Abverkauf in den USA. Jetzt ist heute jedoch Hexensabbat. Die Auswirkungen sind je nach offenen Optionen völlig unterschiedlich. Am besten bis 16-17 Uhr abwarten. ggf. verpasst man den Hype ab 15:30.
