The announcement of an off take partner has come completely out of sequence to what any of us had expected and the share price had been floundering after a decent recovery due to international rumblings with little to no immediate basis. So in short we have a huge announcement at a time when our share is exhibiting an unrealistically low value. If we unpack this, the order of events was supposed to be production samples to potential customers, Thackaringa results and Flemington expansion results. None of these come anywhere near the gravity and impact of the deal with SK, so in short our big ticket win has come a little early. To establish a valuation, I think we need to start with a fair value on our share, adjusted for the craziness leading up to the trading Halt, I am in total agreement with BB (The Big Boy) of .12c Add to this the expected Share Price lift from the dispatch of samples .03 - .05c Thackaringa results .03-.05c Flemington expansion .03-.05c If all this occurred prior to an off take announcement the share price range would have been .21 - .27c market cap $546m - $702m Now working with the lower valuation of .21c (prior to the off take announcement) and using a little understanding of psychology and human behaviour, one would expect an off take announcement of the magnitude of the SK offer to result in a doubling of the share price .42c For now it’s a doubling off an exceptionally low base due to the reversal in order of announcements but I have no doubt that if the order of events ran as expected we would see .40-.45c in the next few days. But this won’t happen! I DO think .30-.35c which is .40-.45c minus .03, minus .03, minus .03 (due to lack of prior announcements) is a fare and realistic target for the coming week. And guess what that gives us a Market Cap of $780m - $910m, surprisingly close to that of our best mate (actually another great company that I like) CLQ. Except we have the world's 57th largest business partnering with us and 2 other mines hanging in the wings. Think about it ladies, gentlemen and thingy, the world is not fare, but this is our fair value. Be kind.

Ich hatte mich übrigens vertan mit dem Output von Sconi. Natürlich kann es auch mehr liefern pro Jahr als in der PFS, nur dann mit einer geringeren Laufzeit (ohne Ressourcenupdate).

Der bessere Vergleich ist meines Erachtens Pilbara Minerals. Nachdem ein ähnlicher Vertrag mit Great Wall bekannt gegeben wurde, ging es richtig nach oben. Das erwarte ich hier jetzt eigentlich auch. Ein neues ATH sollte mindestens drin dein innerhalb dieser Woche. Prognose abgeschlossen.

@ASR Ich beschimpfe dich lieber schon jetzt mein Lieber ;-) weil du scheinbar die Marktmechanismen nicht verstanden hast, wenn du das Procedere von ML mit AUZ vergleichst. Fakt ist: es wird hier 0,0000trölfzig00 Verwässerung geben! Weil SK ein strategischer Investor ist, der nicht verkaufen wird. Und so ganz nebenbei ist AUZ mit Abstand die am meist kommentierte Aktie in Australien auf Hotcopper. Mag uninteressant klingen, wenn aber ein Unternehmen mit 120 Mrd in eine Minengesellschaft mit 200 Mio einsteigt, dann erzeugt das eine Menge Interesse bei Institutionellen und Großbanken. Insbesondere wenn die BFS von Sconi Dank SK bereits finanziert ist und bis dato von 3000t p/a die Rede war. SK bekommt aber auf einen Schlag 12.000t, also hat AUZ bisher sehr konservativ gerechnet, was Sconi betrifft! Der aufmerksame Leser hat auch gelesen, dass zum allerersten Mal Scandium von AUZ erwähnt wurde. Bei 77t Ressource und den aktuellen Preisen, kommt es sicherlich nicht so verkehrt wenn das Unternehmen verlauten lässt, dass Gespräche zwecks Offtake-Partner für das Scandium Oxid laufen werden. Von mir wirst du niemals Kursziele hören. Ich schaue lediglich auf die Entwicklung des Unternehmens. Ist die positiv und wird honoriert, geht es nach oben.

lol, ich bin selbst mit 500T Aktien investiert, habe zu 0,65 gekauft, schrieb ich auch schon vor einer guten Woche. Aber ich fürchte Ihr habt die Mechanismen an der Börse noch nicht ganz verstanden. Langfristig ist das schon gut, frisches Kapital, kurzfristig bringt das aber nix, es bedeutet eine Verwässerung, haben wir über ein Jahr bei Millennial Lithium gesehen, als der Kurs nicht stieg, langfristig ist das hier sicher interessant, aber wer Kurse von 0,12-0,15 sofort erwartet ist eher ein Träumer, sorry würde mich natürlich sehr freuen, wenn das kommt Dürft Ihr mich beschimpfen.... :-)

@ASR, also mit 0,65 Euro wäre ich zufrieden. ;-)

Hauptsache es steigt und auch in Zukunft.

naja, alles nur Nachrichten vom Unternehmen selbst. Sicher wird der Kurs steigen, denke so im Bereich von 20-25%. Also so etwa auf 0,70€ bis 0,72€. Dann wird es aber auch Gewinnmitnahmen geben, denke wir sehen dann schnell wieder Kurse von 0,65€

Liegen lassen und entspannt genießen. ;)))
