Blackstone erwirbt eine 100-Millionen-Dollar-Aktienbeteiligung an Autolus Therapeutics, die dem Unternehmen auch einen Sitz im Vorstand verschafft. Der starke Anstieg des Aktienkurses erhöhte heute Morgen die Marktkapitalisierung des Biotech-Unternehmens um Millionen. Das US-amerikanische Private-Equity-Unternehmen wird außerdem 150 Millionen US-Dollar investieren, um die Entwicklung und Vermarktung von Obecabtagene Autoleucel (obe-cel), der Zelltherapie von Autolus Therapeutics für akute lymphatische Leukämie, zu finanzieren.
