Nehmen wir an, sie HAT von Akquisitionsgerüchten gehört, was der höchstwahrscheinliche Fall ist. Wenn sich hinter den Kulissen nichts abgespielt hätte, wäre eine normale Antwort etwa gewesen: „Ja, wir haben diese Gerüchte gehört, aber im Geschäftsleben wird es immer Gerüchte geben. Unser Ziel ist und bleibt, das Unternehmen organisch um x, y, z zu drehen.“ Stattdessen fabrizierte sie eine so offensichtliche Lüge. Man konnte erkennen, dass sie ihre Reaktion durch das Wegsehen und Lachen überkompensierte.
