On 8/26/22 Sixth Street CMS Dynamic Credit Feeder L.P. filed a Form Deez amendment showing that they sold $330,500,000 in Pooled investment interests and Limited Partnership interests to 5 investors  https://sec.gov/edgar/search/#/q=%2522Sixth%2520Street%2520CMS%2520Dynamic%2520Credit%2522&sort=desc… According to Sixth Street, their CMS Fund is "a private investment vehicle formed primarily to generate attractive risk-adjusted returns primarily through the purchase of performing corporate credit and structured credit investments."  $BBBY announced their $375 million FILO loan agreement with Sixth Street 5 days later https://x.com/BobbyCat42/status/1849276390887018815
