Antwort von Ashish: Hi Cornelius,  please understand that I get many messages in a day along these lines, so sorry about not getting back to you right away.  As you know well, the company is challenged right now.  This is because the capital markets are brutal, especially for small cap companies which are not yet profitable.  This is a real shame because the technology is very good.  We have had to cut back our sales staff to match the operating expenses with the capital available, but despite that, we still had ~20 customers that "unsolicited" bought the system this season.  Plus we have some potential partners looking at the foliar and seed treatment side of our IP.  And the regulatory review process in Canada and Mexico is also progressing. It is clear that it is taking a while for the capital markets to become favorable for us again, so we are also looking at strategic alternatives right now, including possible sale of all or part of the company.  The goal would be to find a partner who is better capitalized and thus better positioned to take this technology to the next stage of commercial development.
