A couple of different companies are interested in different sets of assets of BVT.  So we are looking at how we can divide up our IP, registration etc to see if a couple of "asset sale" deals can be put together.  I think we are close to getting some LOIs to look at an consider.

We are talking to a couple of parties Cornelius. There is not much we can do on our own, so only path forward for our technology is for someone who has the cash to move forward with it. I am hoping to have things figured out in Jan sometime

Hi Cornelius, It is a bit hard to predict what will happen with the change of administration.  On the one hand as you say "pro business" policies could suggest a better environment for startups, but i have also heard arguments that policies around tariffs, immigration and others could drive inflation back up leading to a worsening environment for startups.  Plus the pledge to cut government spending will lead to cuts at the EPA which will make it harder to biological products to get approved, and maintain chemical registrations ("Big-Ag") products on the market longer than before. The reality is that all this speculation around what will happen when Trump takes office does not have a bearing on BVT.  We are in bad shape, and our only way out is to find someone interested in our technology.  The Board and I are only spending time on this - we have in effect shut down operations.  We have little cash left which we are trying to preserve best as we can.   There are a couple of discussions ongoing - we are asking those partners to make a proposal in December (or in some case, we might be the ones making a proposal) so that we know where we strand with them.
