Ich fand es nicht unfreundlich.. Kurier Franzi und einige , hätten lieber die Sperre.. Das müsste man dann aber bei beiden Banden gerecht machen.. Dann bleiben immer noch die Reserve Accounts übrig..

Beyond Meat shares tumbled Wednesday in premarket trading after the company said that it won't file its annual report by the prescribed deadline after discovering more accounting problems. Shares fell 9% ahead of the morning bell at 64 cents. The plant-based protein company late Tuesday said it found an additional material weakness in its internal controls over financial reporting, this time regarding the company's accounting for inventory provisions, and said it therefore won't be able to file its annual report. The company said it found mistakes in its previously released 2025 quarterly results, having reported its cost of goods sold and its selling and administrative expenses as lower than they actually were in each of the first three quarters of 2025. It also reported a larger impairment loss than it should have in the third quarter, it said. Beyond Meat delayed its earnings report at least twice in March after it said it had found errors in previously issued financial statements, and now it says it needs more time to complete its fourth-quarter and year-end financial-close procedures. The company didn't disclose when it expects to file the form. In the fourth quarter, revenue fell 20% to $61.6 million, missing analyst forecasts due to weak category demand and lower sales of chicken and burger products to restaurant customers, which it said weighed on the total volume of products sold. Beyond Meat posted a net profit of $409.9 million, and a loss of 29 cents on a per share basis, in the quarter ended Dec. 31, compared with a loss of $44.9 million, or 65 cents a share, a year earlier. The company logged a $548.7 million noncash gain due to a debt restructuring, which bolstered income in the quarter. Looking ahead to the first quarter, the company expects revenue to be between $57 million and $59 million. noch ne kurze Anmerkung zu den Drinks: das ist schon die 7. Version...kürzlich haben sie den Stevia-Gehalt bei einigen Sorten runtergeschraubt, weil es vielen zu süß war! Find ich gut, dass sie auf das Consumer-Feedback kurzfristig eingehen...wohl auch ein Grund für die kleinen DTC- Chargen, um schnell Anpassungen vornehmen zu können.

und schon 900k Volumen im Pre....und noch 2 Stunden bis zum Gong...

also nach BK sieht es hier wirklich nicht aus...die müssen es jetzt nur auf die Reihe kriegen und ihr Meat-Sortiment entschlacken, Produktionsanlagen automatisieren und in neue Märkte (Beverages / Prot Bars) wachsen...
