Am 5. September 2024 reichte BioXcel Therapeutics, Inc. (das "Unternehmen") bei der U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) das vom Unternehmen vorgeschlagene Protokoll für die TRANQUILITY In-Care-Zulassungsstudie der Phase 3 ein, mit der die Wirksamkeit und Sicherheit einer 60 mcg-Dosis von BXCL501 bei Unruhezuständen im Zusammenhang mit Alzheimer-Demenz untersucht werden soll."
