CLIQ Digital AG stellt auf Namensaktien um Umstellung in den Depots der Aktionäre am Abend des 20. September 2023 Neue ISIN DE000A35JS40 und WKN A35JS4 gültig ab dem 21. September 2023 Höhere Transparenz und direktere Kommunikation mit Aktionären beabsichtigt DÜSSELDORF, 11. September 2023 – Die CLIQ Digital AG stellt nach Börsenschluss am 20. September 2023 ihr gesamtes Aktienkapital von Inhaberaktien auf Namensaktien um. Ab dem 21. September 2023 gelten die neue ISIN DE000A35JS40 (bisher: DE000A0HHJR3) und die neue WKN A35JS4 (bisher: A0HHJR). Das Tickersymbol lautet unverändert CLIQ. Die Hauptversammlung der CLIQ Digital AG hatte die Umstellung am 6. April 2023 beschlossen. Für die Aktionäre ist die Umstellung auf Namensaktien kostenlos.
