Nein irgendwann muss eine Meldung eingehen bei SEC....nur wann gibt der evtl. neue Investor das Bekannt?

OK, wenn das so wäre, wäre die Meldepflicht aber völlig sinnlos, weil in dem Fall ja schon alles vorbei ist.

Wenn ich die Fonds beauftrage, bin ich doch aber indirekt begünstigt oder?

Also ist auch ein indirekter Kauf, eigentlich meldepflichtig
