According to the statistical analysis conducted by SNE Research from Jan to Apr 2024, the amount of energy held by batteries for EVs registered worldwide was approximately 215.7GWh, +21.5% YoY. 🔹 #CATL saw a 30% YoY growth and accounted for 37.7% of market share, taking the top position. 🔹 #BYD captured the 2nd place on the list with a 18.3% (33.2GWh) growth. 🔹 The three Korean companies - LG Energy Solution, Samsung SDI, and SK On - occupied the 3rd, 4th, and 5th positions respectively.
