We all know that a lot of things happening in the capital market in the U.S., Europe and also we expect the high volatility in the Chinese capital market, too. However, as you know, we have been working on this for 2.5 years. So obviously, we want to get that deal done as soon as possible. And then there's a process such as further update our financial information and then roadshow et cetera, et cetera, but it will be very quickly and doing process, no more regulatory approvals are needed. Going forward, it's our own marketing efforts with the bankers, et cetera, and the investors. And then in terms of the use of proceeds, obviously, the good news only arrived this morning, a couple of hours ago. And before that, we actually have prepared the cash for the $1.5 billion CapEx in the new year. So now with this IPO proceeds, now in certainty, obviously, we'll be looking for speed up even more in vertical integration and capacity expansion, especially the support to the U.S. market.

Warum soll ein erwarteter Gesamtumsatz von 8,5 - 9,5 Milliarden schwach sein? Das Unternehmen scheint weiterhin auf Kurs zu sein und die Aktie ist momentan alles andere als überbewertet. Das einzig problematische ist das unsichere Marktumfeld.

Geschäftsausblick
Die Geschäftsaussichten des Unternehmens basieren auf den aktuellen Ansichten und Schätzungen des Managements unter Berücksichtigung von Faktoren wie bestehenden Marktbedingungen, Auftragsbestand, Produktionskapazität, Rohstoffpreise, Wechselkursschwankungen, erwartetem Zeitpunkt von Projektverkäufen und dem globalen wirtschaftlichen Umfeld. Dieser Ausblick unterliegt Unsicherheiten unter anderem in Bezug auf Kundennachfrage, Projektkonstruktion und Verkaufspläne, Produktverkaufspreise und -kosten, Lieferkettenbeschränkungen und geopolitische Konflikte. Die Ansichten und Schätzungen des Managements können ohne Vorankündigung geändert werden.
Für das erste Quartal 2023 erwartet das Unternehmen einen Gesamtumsatz zwischen 1,6 und 1,8 Milliarden US-Dollar. Die Bruttomarge wird voraussichtlich zwischen 18 % und 20 % liegen. Die von CSI Solar als Umsatz erfassten Gesamtlieferungen von Modulen werden voraussichtlich im Bereich von 5,9 GW bis 6,2 GW liegen, einschließlich etwa 133 MW für die eigenen Projekte des Unternehmens.
Für das Gesamtjahr 2023 bekräftigt das Unternehmen seine frühere Prognose, dass die Gesamtmodullieferungen von CSI Solar im Bereich von 30 GW bis 35 GW liegen werden. Die Lieferungen von Batteriespeichern von CSI Solar werden voraussichtlich im Bereich von 1,8 GWh bis 2,0 GWh liegen, was den diesjährigen Übergang von White-Label- zu eigengefertigten Produkten darstellt. Der Gesamtumsatz des Unternehmens wird voraussichtlich zwischen 8,5 und 9,5 Milliarden US-Dollar liegen.
