Ich habe eine email an carbios shareholder relation geschickt. Das ist die Antwort die ich erhalten habe. Sowie es aussieht gibt es wirklich Unstimmigkeiten ob nur Frankreich die Aktien zu 25€ beziehen können,warten wir auf Klärung.

Kann mir fast nicht vorstellen dass dies nur für Frankreich gilt und es wäre ja eine nicht unerhebliche Benachteiligung aller anderen Aktionäre. Hoffe auf ein Kommunikationsproblem.

Moin in die nette Runde hier. Wisst ihr wann die Aktien im Depot sein müssen um von der 7 zu 3 Kapitalerhöhung profitieren zu können?

Warum kann es Umfeld einer KE zu starken Ausschlägen kommen, weil einige kalte Füße bekommen sich erschrecken, andere wieder ein paar Stk verkaufen um die Zeichnung mitzumachen und wieder andere einfach nur so zocken, einige große Adressen garantiert auch gekauft haben um sich noch die Möglichkeit zu schaffen zu zeichnen und und und, aber grundsätzlich ist die Kapitalerhöhung sofern sie einem Wirklich guten Ziel dient wie der langfristigen Finanzierung des Wachstums immer viel besser, als wenn ein Unternehmen nicht besseres mehr weiß als eigene Aktien vom Markt zu nehmen, da ist dann eigentlich keine Phantasie mehr drin

Ja mit Michelin haben sie getestet, ob das entstandene Granulat wieder für Neureifen funktioniert und es hat. @nitefox Quantafuel hat kein wirkliches Kreislaufkonzept, die haben auch nur den Abfall versucht in etwas anderes wie Sprit umzuwandeln, Carbios dagegen kann wieder neues Kunststoffausgangsmaterial herstellen und damit langfristig die Produktion aus Erdöl stark reduzieren und das haben sie bereits mit der Testanlage mit 2to geschafft und scalieren nun in Longlavile hoch auf Industriemaßstab

Jeder derzeit haltende Aktionär wird ein Angebot erhalten, ggf. gibt es für Frankreich noch zusätzliche steuerliche Vorteile. Übrigens Autoreifen Recycling kommt auch noch als mögliche Einnahme, wenn ich das noch richtig in Erinnerung habe.

Das ganze erinnert mich stark an Quantafuel Ende 2020. Noch keine Produktionsanlage am Laufen, Verluste und mehrere KE. Gewinne erst in einigen Jahre in der Zukunft. Sehr euphorische Anleger. Ich halte Carbios für sehr spekulativ. Selbst falls die Errichtung der Produktionsanlage gelingt, heißt das noch lange nicht, dass die Firma Gewinn macht mit dem Betrieb. Ich beobachte weiter.

Hab noch ganz vergessen…sie starten auch bald mit landwirtschaftliche PLA Folien die sich zu 100%selbst zersetzen und die ersten Zahlungen sind schon bei Abschluss der Lizenzverträge fällig.
