Wenn ich das richtig verstehe soll das Management Board zur Ausgabe neuer Aktien berechtigt werden. Könnte positiv sein, wenn Carbios statt eine teuren Fremdfinanzierung die Ausgabe neuer Aktien präferiert und diese erfolgreich platziert werden. Aber negativ könnte sein, dass die Finanzierung bislang nicht wie verkündet gesichert ist. Wie seht ihr das?

Habe heute meine Position vervollständigt. Jetzt heißt es weiterhin geduldig sein.

Nix neues eigentlich

Carbios is going through a rough patch, despite having a unique enzymatic technology for recycling PET, which is used in plastic bottles and polyester textiles. Since June 2023, the company from Clermont-Ferrand had been making progress. For example, it established a partnership with the Thai company Indorama, which was ready to support Carbios with up to 110 million euros for its first factory in Meurthe-et-Moselle, with the foundation stone laid in April 2024. Other factory projects were emerging in China and the United Kingdom, and supply and distribution partnerships were piling up. Everything changed this winter. Since December 2024, Carbios has had two different CEOs, postponed the construction of its factory by two years, and launched a restructuring that could reduce its workforce by 40%.

Die News steht schon seit 19. März auf der Carbios Seite. Aber versteh ich das richtig, dass die jetzt schon so produziert wird ? Woher nehmen die aktuell das rPet ? Kommt das aus der Demoanlage ?
