Why do you think the share price of Nel has anything to do with the shareprice of Cavendish? The exchange ratio between the companies has nothing to do with eachother. Cavendish is currently trading at around 40% discount to net cash...

The reason for the downfall in stock recently is probably because Cavendish was taken out of the norwegian stock index, because the market cap was way too small. This forced the index-funds to sell their stake - which they had after getting Cavendish from their Nel stock. It makes for an interesting setup in my mind.
