@Shorter123 Ja, offensichtlich denken Leute wie MVzK dass sie das können. Einen anderen Grund dafür sie solche falsche Aussagen zu erfinden und zu verbreiten, fällt mir nicht ein. Und dass es dafür bisher 14 Likes gab, bestätigt meine Aussage, dass es sehr viele leichtgläubige Anfänger im Forum gibt, die positiv klingende Aussagen unabhänhig vom Wahrheitsgehalt für gut befinden. 👌😁

Danke, Somesame. Es ist absolut korrekt, dass das Management mehrfach bewusst gelogen hat. Die Aussage von MVzK, dass Keim Betrug vorliegt, ist sehr gewagt. Es hat noch kein Prozess stattgefunden, er will aber bereits wissen, dass "nachweislich" kein Betrug vorlag. Was er wirklich will, ist dass möglichst viele Leute den Kurs für ihn hochkaufen 😉 Solche Typen sind ganz gefährlich für Anfänger. Selbsternannte Gurus, die falsche Aussagen erfinden und verbreiten.

Gebe dir Recht in USA ist der Aktionärsschutz ein hohes Rechtsgut und einklagbar. Es wird kosten. Hoffe der Vorstand bezahlt aus seiner Privatkasse, den Bonus hat er ja auch angenommen.

Wenn man eine börsennotierte AG ist darf man zwar Buggy Software releasen, aber man darf im Vorfeld nicht behaupten dass es keine Probleme gibt, sinst macht man sich halt strafbar.
