CMND- Es handelt sich nicht um ein Delisting – der Kursrückgang ist höchstwahrscheinlich auf eine Wertpapierkaufvereinbarung zurückzuführen. Ein Kursziel von 0,20 $ und eine Kapitalerhöhung von 10 Millionen $ erscheinen für einen Cent pro Aktie ohne genehmigte Reserved Stock Exchange angemessen.
