Gute Frage.. Das Management und die Chefs haben anscheinend die Zahlen+Wirkungsquoten gedreht wie es ihnen gepasst hat, bis die FDA es aufgedeckt hat, dass das Mittel nicht so der Brüller ist. Daher wurde die Entwicklung dessen nun eingestampft. Was jetzt passiert, da die wirklichen Zahlen der Öffentlichkeit vorenthalten wurden, kann ich nicht beurteilen. Falls da wirklich was dran sein sollte und das auch belegt wird, dann.tippe auf eine nochmalige Korrektur nach unten Richtung 9€. Die Forschung an weiteren Mitteln geht ja noch weiter und diese werden hoffentlich dann einschlagen. Sonst wird das echt noch n Penny :((

(“Clovis” or the “Company”) (Nasdaq:CLVS). Clovis is a Boulder, CO-based biopharmaceutical company that focuses on anti-cancer agents. The Firm’s investigation relates to whether certain current and/or former senior officers and directors breached their fiduciary duties to the Company by allegedly causing the Company to issue materially false and misleading statements regarding rociletinib, Clovis’ proprietary cancer drug for lung cancer treatment. On November 16, 2015, Clovis’ senior management announced that rociletinib’s Objective Response Rate (“ORR”) was less than half the number previously reported publicly. ORR was the central measure of success in rociletinib’s drug trial and of critical importance to Clovis’ future business prospects. Following the Company’s November 16, 2015 disclosure, Clovis’ stock price fell more than 70% in a single day, wiping out more than $2.7 billion in market capitalization. Additional negative information regarding rociletinib’s safety profile, specifically with respect to increased side effects was released on April 8, 2016. Following this disclosure, Clovis’ stock fell an additional 17%.

Boulder biotech company halts lung-cancer drug work, will cut dozens jobs Clovis Oncology is stopping work on an experimental lung-cancer drug and reducing its headcount by 35 percent, affecting dozens of staff and contract employees. The Boulder-based biotech company announced the changes after a recent meeting with the U.S. Food & Drug Administration made it clear the agency isn’t ready to approve Clovis’ drug, called rociletinib. “We are very disappointed in the outcome for rociletinib, as there is a need for additional options for this difficult to treat disease,” said Pat Mahaffy, president and CEO of Clovis Oncology, in a written statement. It’s not clear how many of Clovis’ 309 full-time employees will be affected by halting work on rociletinib.

Die Zahlen sind nicht so katastrophal wie befürchtet. Außerdem stehen viele spannende Unternehmensprojekte an. Hoffentlich ist das jetzt der Beginn einer nachhaltigen Trendwende!

Zumindest sobald die Amis ins Spiel eingreifen

Ich find es krass, dass die Aktie so gut wie nie seitwärts wandert. Entweder geht's steil hoch oder steil runter... O.o

Am besten schaue ich mir dieses tägliche Elend nicht mehr an und lass es einfach 2,3 Jahre liegen. Es liegt in der Natur einer jeden Aktie dass sie irgendwann wieder steigt - siehe Anglo American, Rio Tinto, 3D Systems, Manz etc.

Es ist einfach nicht mehr nachzuvollziehen hier. Alles ist eingepreist, wir sind inzwischen bei einer extremen Unterbewertung angelangt. Irgendwann muss doch mal Schluss sein mit der Abschlachtung hier!!!

Es konsolidiert nun seit mehreren Tagen im 12er Korridor. Die 12 muss halten, ansonsten könnte der Kurs durchaus noch weiter Richtung 10 korrigieren. Hält die 12, könnte dies die Grundlage für eine wichtige Wende sein.
