Ok danke. Das heißt die Firma ist aktuell mit. Ca. 50 Mio Euro bewertet. Umsatzmultiple von ca. 7. Hhmm, kgv liegt im Minus denke ich mal. Ich steig hier 6 stellig ein wenn die Übernahme durch ist. Vorher ist es noch zu unsicher
