Crown Castle International (NYSE: CCI ) hat ein Angebot in Höhe von 1 Mrd. US-Dollar für Schuldtitel eingepreist .
Dies ist in zwei Tranchen möglich: 600 Mio. USD in 4,3% Schuldverschreibungen mit Fälligkeit bis 2029 und 400 Mio. USD in 5,2% Schuldverschreibungen mit Fälligkeit 2049.
Die 2029-Schuldverschreibungen werden zu 99,461% ausgegeben, was 4,376% ergibt. Die Schuldverschreibungen von 2049 werden zu 99,894% ausgegeben, was 5,207% ergibt.
Ein Nettoerlös von etwa 985 Millionen US-Dollar wird zur Tilgung des revolvierenden Kredits verwendet.
