Verkauf von Teilen der Fieberglassparte und Senkung der Dividende ist für mich nichts Positives. Ich war eher überrascht, dass das zarte, plus was sich die Aktie erarbeitet hatte nicht wieder gefallen ist. Es muss etwas anderes sein, als das.

Laut Tip Ranks haben sie 29 Milliarden Schulden und 194 Millionen cash

Ich nehme an, dass die Kurse steigen werden, nachdem sie verkauft haben, und dann werde ich die Gelegenheit nutzen, um zu verkaufen.

Warum plant Crown Castle, Glasfaser an TPG zu verkaufen geht's noch?Glasfaser wird doch bald zur neuen Einnahmequelle.

The telecom infrastructure REIT maintained its guidance for 2024 AFFO per share at $6.85-$6.97, vs. $6.88 consensus; site rental revenue at $6.35B-$6.39B, vs. Visible Alpha consensus of $6.37B; and adjusted EBITDA guidance of $4.14B-$4.19B. Q1 adjusted FFO per share of $1.72, exceeding the $1.69 consensus, fell from $1.82 in Q4 2023 and $1.91 in Q1 2023. Net revenue of $1.64B, topping the average analyst estimate of $1.63B, declined from $1.67B in the previous quarter and $1.77B a year ago. Site rental revenue of $1.59B vs. $1.62B in Q1 2023, while services and other revenue of $53M dropped from $149M a year ago. Adjusted EBITDA of $1.04B, topping the Visible Alpha consensus of $1.03B, slipped from $1.08B in Q4 2023 and $1.10B in Q1 2023.

Bei etwa 95,54 USD, also jetzt, soll nun die Unterstützungszone lt. Marketscreener sein. Hoffe sie hält. Die nächste wäre bei 85,89 USD. Der Kurs ist allerdings seit einem Jahr schon um 25% herunter.
