Ich habe nochmal aufgestockt. Die Zinsanhebungen sollten CSW einen ordentlichen Gewinnschub verleihen und da die Mieter sorgfältig ausgewählt wurden, gehe ich auch im Falle einer Rezession von keinem zu großen Risiko aus.
