Now with regards to GSK- Its a well known fact that in the United Kingdom- soon to be without Scotland- that the UK stock Market is unregulated and subject to numerous scam artists from Asia where Ponzi Schemes are abundant . GSK plans to separate it's self to rid it of the Albatross around its neck named Pfizer. GSK has a Consumer health section - that earns GSK an considerable amount of Income- GSK brought out Novartis Consumer Health care and got saddled with pfizer who owned a % of Novartis Consumer health care. The separation of GSK consumer Health care from the Oncology-Immunology-Biotechnology is due to take place in 2022. GSK as a equity investment in Curevac and that equity investment as strict terms with it. The separation of GSK into two companys- is no problem for GSK investors- but is a problem for USA HEDGE FUND Elliot Partners- who want to grab the Consumer Health Side for Pfizer. Unfortunately- Elliot or Pfizer have little to no chance of that- due to GSK signing into the Counsumer Health care side- that they will split this off from GSK main business- its so tight- that even when Pfizer wanted to do a contemporaneous IPO of the Consumer Health Care company- they found that they "Pfizer" only have 31% of the Consumer Health Company and there hands are tied. GSK Oncology-Immunology-Vaccine -Biotechnology is strong- and as a Brilliant CSO . GSK separating its self into 2 companys- as no effect what so ever on Curevac- if anything it Gives Curevac more leverage . One as to be careful with forums in the UK and US Hedge Funds- they all spin the same stuff to unsettle investors. Curevac agreements with GSK revolve around Infectious disease and a equity investment GSK made that is 8%. That should cover GSK- but beware the US hedge fund named Elliott Partners- is just out to cause unrest in GSK board room on behalf of Pfizer. To Date Elliott claim to hold 5% of GSK shares- but have been unable to disclose it in a regulatory filings which they are required to do.

@Rally999, danke für den Artikel. Ist echt sehr interessant, vor allem wenn man auch in GSK investiert ist wie ich :D. Finde den Artikel jetzt gerade im Bezug auf eine mögliche Zerschlagung von GSK für Curevac nicht so dolle, da GSK für die Zukunft ein wichtiger Partner ist und ja auch Großaktionär. Naja, hoffen wir einfach mal dass es nicht zu einer Zerschlagung kommt, klingt ja alles sehr hypothetisch.

Irgendwie seltsam heute morgen, zumindest auf l&s, kaum steigt der Kurs wird verkauft zum Teil deutlich unter Kurs
