Curevac3000 Sanofi Phase 3 trial wont start till Q3 and the results and approval will be October at the earliest. UK Government have now had to start working with Astra and Oxford again to try to find a vaccine that will deal with the Variants in Soth Africa-B.1.351 But they have no plans for working on the Indian Variant -Very Odd

Musa71 I am not able to read all the publication- but what I have read leaves me this SINCERE thought. Its 100% impossible to compare a private company like Curevac with a Stock Market listed company which listed in October 2019 and had already agreed a Joint Venture with Pfizer in August 2018 for $105 million . https://biontech.de/sites/default/files/2019-08/20180816_BioNTech-Signs-Collaboration-Agreement-with-Pfizer.pdf Biontech listing in October 2019 only raised $150 million- it was not taken up and BionTech went back to there major investors to get another $100 million- to cover the shortfall. Perhaps the above shines a light on why Curevac IPO was so successful and how they could control the ownership of shares and make sure of no American takeover. now one can say Biontech had very good luck listing the company 4 months before the outbreak- also they had Pfizer JV for $105 million- but at the end of the day- it worked out for BionTech but as cost them in terms equity and capital- but now they have a revenue stream and share it with Pfizer.
