seas1 Pfizer CEO gave an interview to CNN the day before the first release of data- that broke all Pfizer listing rules . The fact that CNN did not broadcast the interview till 18 hours later is a problem for Pfizer. What it showed was that Pfizer had material information they gave to CNN the day before and the markets in the EU were open and running when the news broke- but anyone connected with Pfizer CNN knew they could buy any number of different shares in companys in the EU that would benefit and they did.. Look back and see what happened. SEC DERA have this under investigation and Pfizer may face a fine running into $ billions. Pfizer already hold the record for fines on bribing Doctors and Hospitals - Trump as gone- now its making sure Biden applys the prosecution and enforcement to Pfizer and CNN

Es gibt eine alte Regel: Wer etwas kommentiert oder gar noch dementiert, hat etwas zu verbergen. Würde Curevac irgendwelche konkreteren Kommentare oder Statements VOR Bekanntgabe der Daten herausgeben, machen sie sich schadensersatzpflichtig bis im Extremfall hin zu einem Delisting an der Nasdaq. Da ist denen scheissegal, ob Engin oder wer auch immer nun verkauft hat oder nicht und auch, ob er am Rad dreht oder nicht.

Man wird jetzt bis zur Veröffentlichung der Daten nichts mehr von Curevac zu dem Thema hören. Das hat Biontech auch nicht gemacht und da haben auch alle gewartet.

Fällt die Aktie um 50c dreht der Engin durch...

Engin ist bei mir schon seit sechs Monaten auf ignore weil er die gleiche Schei... schon dauern I'm biontech forum geschrieben hat

Engin, man wird aktuelle Verhalten von Curevac wohl erst rückblickend beurteilen können. Was wäre, wenn sie jetzt Daten veröffentlichen und es sich herausstellt, dass diese fehlerhaft sind, weil man nicht gründlich genug war?

Ruudi. Yes re dietmar-but he used ingmar to remove the ex american. I would be tempted to buy more shares-but have not-I took advantage of price drop in Jan/Feb to acquire more -the IPO issue was so undervalued it shocked even me. Curevac for medium term is excellent and I am very happy Germany as kept control and working with BI is such a big feater to have. BI working with top USA Cancer hospitals where they develop and straight to patient and now BI have access with Curevac means everything is tailored to each patient.

Ist alles fraglich und das curevac kein Kommentar dazu gibt ist für mich noch ärgerlicher.
