luciman today 8:40 pm I am always amazed at these reports- the price as doubled since its listed on the Nasdaq - this is 100% wrong. When Curevac put out the prospectus for the listing people had the opportunity to buy- I applied- I did not get the full allocation I applied for - but got enough and paid $16.00 per share . My gain is 600% since August 2020- the first day of trading you could still buy @ $36.20 ... With any IPO- you have to request Prospectus- look at the details and what the prospects of the company are.

Neuer Artikel über Impfstoffaktien aus dem Handelsblatt: 2.Curevac Der zweite deutsche Impfstoffentwickler Curevac ist von solchen Kurssprüngen weit entfernt. Zwar hat sich die Aktie der ebenfalls an der Nasdaq notierten Firma seit der Erstnotiz im Sommer 2020 bis auf aktuell rund 115 Dollar verdoppelt. Seit Jahresbeginn hingegen zeigt sich der Kurs in einer Bandbreite zwischen 90 und 115 Dollar sehr volatil und ohne klare Richtung. Das liegt daran, dass Curevac noch immer keine validen Schlussdaten für seinen mRNA-Impfstoff veröffentlichte und somit auch noch keinen Zulassungsantrag bei den europäischen Medizinbehörde Ema eingereicht hat. Das sollte nach Ankündigung des Unternehmens eigentlich Ende Mai/Anfang Juni geschehen. Die Firma demonstrierte vor wenigen Tagen Zuversicht und will noch im Juni Daten zur Wirksamkeit vorlegen. Gegenüber Biontech liegt Curevac aber bereits ein halbes Jahr zurück. Was den Aktienkurs betrifft, birgt dies wiederum Chancen. Denn jede positive News zum Impfstoff bis zur Zulassung durch die Ema dürfte die Unsicherheit aus der Aktie nehmen und den Kurs antreiben. Deswegen haben Analysehäuser wie Evercore zuletzt ihre Kaufempfehlung für Curevac erneuert. Ein Geschäft wird der Impfstoff, wenn er denn kommt, auf jeden Fall. Die für dieses Jahr geplante Produktion von 300 Millionen Dosen ist von der EU fest bestellt. Längerfristig muss sich zeigen, ob Curevac mit der Entwicklungsgeschwindigkeit, dem Produktionsaufbau und der Finanzstärke von Biontech und dem US-Konkurrenten Moderna mithalten kann. Das gilt nicht nur für die Covid-19-Impfstoffe, denn alle drei mRNA-Spezialisten wollen die Botenträger-Technologie auf weitere Therapien etwa gegen Krebs ausweiten.

@Robe keiner von uns weiß wann die Daten kommen aber zu sagen sie kommen nächste Woche nicht ist genauso spekulativ wie zu sagen sie kommen nächste Woche 🤦‍♀️

Nächste Woche kommt mal sicher nichts! Ende Juni wird es ev. Interessant derweilen fühl ich mich wo anders besser aufgehoben🙋‍♂️

Da müssten ja die kommende Woche die Daten reinflattern.und danke nochmal Ruuudi an all die aufschlussreichen Berichte. Die haben mir als Neuling auch sehr geholfen.ich mache das zwar erst 3 Jahre etwa muss aber selber gestehen das ich noch viel lernen kann von vielen hier und von dir.danke nochmal und lasse dich nicht unterkriegen.

The supervisory board has considered the diversity objectives of the Company, such as nationality, age, gender, education and work background, in the preparation of this proposal. Ingmar Hoerr, PhD, age 52, pioneered vaccinology research concerning the use of RNA. He is one of the founders of CureVac. Mr. Ingmar Hoerr was chairman of the board of directors of CureVac AG and he served as founding CEO for 18 years. Mr. Ingmar Hoerr holds common shares in the capital of the Company in the aggregate nominal amount of EUR 135,449.80. In August 2020, Mr. Hoerr held 1,129,165 ordinary shares, each having a nominal value of EUR 0.12, in the capital of CureVac N.V. Mr. Hoerr is being nominated for appointment in view of his in-depth knowledge of the Company and its business and the dedication with which he has previously performed his duties as a founder and CEO of CureVac AG. The supervisory board believes that Mr. Hoerr would, if appointed, be an invaluable addition to the composition of the supervisory board. If appointed, Mr. Hoerr shall be entitled to the compensation package as described in agenda item 14 (even if that agenda item is not adopted). This proposal is contingent upon the resignation of Mr. Timothy Wright as member of the Company's supervisory board, which is expected to take effect at or prior to the beginning of the AGM.
