On April 9, 2025, CYBERGUN announced the development of the situation regarding its subsidiary, VERNEY-CARRON. The company's continuation plan requires financing of €4.5 million. In this context, the city of Saint-Étienne voted to acquire the VERNEY-CARRON premises for approximately €2 million, thus covering a significant portion of the needs.
