Mach keine Beratung 😄, kommt auf dein EK drauf an. Bin -10% habe vor kurzem nachgekauft eine kleine Position. Befinden uns immer noch im Abwärtstrend, ist nur ein weiteres hoch vom Tief. Hatten bereits in der Vergangenheit das gleiche Szenario bereits 3 mal (3 grüne Wochen und wieder reject) Live war Ende März geplant und Einnahmen sollen im April kommen. Wenn die Schienen dann sehen wir einen weiteren Verkauf. Wenn sie mit einem Vertrag und Prognose kommen, dann brechen wir endlich den Trend. Hab in letzter Zeit DGXX gar nicht mehr verfolgt

Digi Power X hat eine Klarstellung zur Unternehmensstruktur von US Data Centers (USDC) veröffentlicht. Das Unternehmen erklärte, dass USDC ausschließlich für die Herstellung und den Vertrieb des ARMS modularen KI-Rechenzentrumsystems zuständig ist und keine Digi Power X-Rechenzentrumsstandorte besitzt oder betreibt. Digi Power X Inc. said it has finalized production of its first ARMS 200 modular data center system at its Alabama site and expects it to be commissioned for live operations and customer workload GPUs in the third week of March 2026, with full commissioning and the ability to generate GPU-as-a-Service rental AI income by the beginning of April 2026. The company said it expects to begin generating its first AI-derived revenue in April 2026 and, based on current market pricing and near-capacity utilization assumptions, estimates revenue of about $15 million per MW deployed; it is targeting 10 MW of pods operational in Alabama by Q3 2026, implying about $150 million in annualized revenue potential at 10 MW for a full year of deployment. The company reported total liquidity of about $80 million as of Feb. 27, 2026, comprising approximately $62 million in cash, about $12 million in BTC and ETH holdings, and around $6 million in cash deposits (based on BTC at $66,000 and ETH at $2,000). It said infrastructure CapEx spent year-to-date through Feb. 28, 2026 was about $13.1 million, with expected total CapEx of about $33.1 million by the end of Q3 2026. Digi Power X also said production of five additional ARMS 200 units has been completed for deployment at its North Tonawanda, New York location, with commissioning anticipated by the end of Q2 2026, and noted it remains debt-free.
