Appointment of Mr Joel Ives as Company Secretary The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Joel Ives as Company Secretary, effective 6 August 2021. Mr Ives is an experienced Chartered Accountant (CAANZ) that provides CFO, Accounting, and Company Secretarial services for ASX listed and private companies across various industries. Mr Ives currently acts as Company Secretary to Harvest Technology Ltd (ASX:HTG), Green Technology Metals Limited, and Kuniko Limited. Mr Ives replaces Ms Shannon Coates, who has resigned as Company Secretary, effective 6 August 2021. Resignation of Mr Leigh Travers as Director of the Company Following the recent appointment of experienced executive, Mr Greg Dooley, as a Non-Executive Director of the Company, Mr Travers will step down as a Director of the Company effective immediately. In line with the market announcement on 21 July 2021, Mr Travers will continue in an executive capacity assisting a smooth transition process until his final day on 20 August 2021.
